An Alabama single-member LLC operating agreement is between the sole owner and the company. It is not required in the state of Alabama but is recommended to provide documentation for legally separating the assets between the owner and the assets of the company.
An operating agreement records the ownership, capital contributions, and roles of the owner and limits personal liability associated with the LLC.
