Alaska Corporations Database | Business Entity Search

The Alaska Dept. of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development allows users to search its entity database by name or by entity number. This can be used to find an entity (to file a biennial report) or to reserve a new name. Past filings are available to download and view such as ownership and registered agent information.
