The Arkansas corporate bylaws template should be developed at the onset of a corporation’s formation. This paperwork will detail the corporation’s rules of operation and discuss subjects ranging from the officers’ and directors’ identities, meeting protocol, and the rules that will dictate its day-to-day activities.
The State of Arkansas will expect this contract to be completed by the corporations’ board members when they form their entity or shortly after. With this in mind, Arkansas entrepreneurs are encouraged to determine their bylaws and the corporate structure so the first board meeting may execute this agreement.
IS IT REQUIRED IN ARKANSAS?
Yes. Arkansas Code Title 4 (§ 4-26-809) calls for a corporation’s board of directors to adopt a set of bylaws that their entity will follow
