Arizona corporate bylaws allow for the incorporators of a corporation to set its governance rules, management, and how it will function on a day-to-day basis. It should also include the shareholders’ voting rights and how the entity determines the board of directors (who runs the day-to-day operations).
Once agreed upon, the bylaws are signed by the incorporator, the chairman, or the secretary of the corporation.
