Missouri Corporate Bylaws Templates (5)

Missouri corporate bylaws identify every director and officer in an entity. Furthermore, they provide a code of conduct for corporate board meetings and, ideally, explain how functions such as committees would be accomplished.

The bylaws of a Missouri corporation should also establish the corporate behavior that will be engaged to uphold its mission and complete its goals. The Missouri corporate bylaws should be executed and then revisited occasionally by the board so that they can be updated as needed.

Is it REQUIRED in Missouri?

No. The State of Missouri imposes regulations on how bylaws may be treated (Missouri Revised Statute § 351.290) but will not require that a corporation implement a set of bylaws.
