An Alaska single-member LLC operating agreement is a document made between the sole owner to record their ownership interest, duties, and operations of a company. In addition, the document is used to prove the company is separate from the owner’s personal assets and liabilities.
An operating agreement is not required in the state of Alaska but is recommended for legal and tax purposes.
