An Arizona single-member LLC operating agreement is a document that establishes the ownership and how a company will be run under its sole owner. Even though it’s not required under state law, an operating agreement generally must be written to open bank accounts and conduct other related financial activities. In addition, if the entity status is questioned, either by a private 3rd party or tax authority, an operating agreement will be required as part of proving the LLC is a separate entity from the owner’s personal assets.
