An Alaska partnership agreement is a document agreed upon amongst partners that set the entity’s rights, responsibilities, and roles. A partnership is generally chosen when some partners have a passive role in the entity without liability (known as limited partners).
A partnership agreement is not filed with any state entity and, after executed, is held by each partner of the organization.
