North Dakota partnership agreements set the terms and conditions that business partners in this state must comply with. State Definition
“32. “Partnership agreement”: a. Means the agreement of the partners, whether oral, implied, in a record, or in any combination, concerning the limited partnership; and b. Includes the agreement as amended.”
